We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

United Kingdom

• Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.95 — estimated 2–3 working days
• Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £5.95 — estimated 1–2 working days
• FREE standard shipping on orders over £60
• Subscription orders: free standard shipping

United States

• Standard delivery: $8 — estimated 5–8 business days
• Express delivery: $15 — estimated 2–4 business days
• FREE standard shipping on orders over $70

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays, loss and damage

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 15 business days (US), contact us at sales@seamsbeauty.com and we will investigate with the carrier. For damaged parcels, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the items free of charge.
